An assessment test is required for all new students entering Kindergarten (K5) and up.

A recent photograph of the applicant is optional, but encouraged. To include a digital photo, click the 'Upload Photo…' link below, and select a JPG, GIF, BMP, or TIF image that you have previously saved to your computer.
