Welcome to the Caldwell County Schools Online K-12 NEW Student Transfer application!

Caldwell County students have the opportunity to apply for a transfer to a school of their choice if space is available and if certain criteria from Board Policy 4150 are met. Prior to submitting an application for a transfer please review Student Athletic Eligibility Board Policy 3621, as athletic participation could be affected. A Transfer Application form must be submitted for each student in your family.

The Student Transfer period for the 2024-25 school year is January 15 - February 28, 2024. If you are applying after the deadline or to a closed school, transfers will be approved only for extreme extenuating circumstances as determined by the Superintendent. In these cases, you will be required to provide a detailed description of the extenuating circumstance you believe would support your transfer request. All transfer applications will be processed electronically. All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any falsification of information may result in your request not being processed and/or denied.

Athletic Eligibility should not be implied with an Approved Transfer. Please review Board Policy 3621 for more information.

Policies 4150 and 3621 are available on the district website, at all CCS schools, and at Student Services. I certify that all information provided is true. Falsification of information will result in an immediate denial or revocation of the student’s Discretionary Admission/Release. I further understand that Caldwell County Schools is under no obligation to provide transportation for any student and that attendance, behaviors or academic problems may result in the revocation of an approved transfer.
